Location Service Manager:

· Leading and developing team members.  Prioritizing multiple project needs on a daily basis.  Motivating service personnel and efficiently using labor and equipment to minimize costs and keep the projects on schedule.  Overseeing all service operations, warranty service and customer satisfaction after the sale. Must have Modular/Manufactured Home experience as well as leadership experience.  Reports directly to the Corporate Service Manager

 

 

 

Sales Manager:

It is the primary responsibility of the location sales manager to oversee the location and its sales staff.  This position is responsible for achieving operational objectives such as the steady production of business through our sales pipeline as well as maintaining company assets including the model home inventory.  This is done by following our written business plan and our time proven systems and processes.  It is also achieved through continual development of employees through effective sales training, goal setting and employee reviews.  Must have minimum of 5 Years Management Experience. Prior “Big Ticket” sales management experience perferred by not necessary –  this refers to high dollar products (prefer new home experience but will look at all experience). Must have proven leadership experience and a track record of developing and growing the careers of salespeople you have led in the past.  Must have successfully led a sales team of 3 or more people for no less than five years.  Ability to work with all personality styles and facilitate complaints, problems or conflict to beneficial conclusions.  Ability to inspire others with positive drive and motivation.  Ability to effectively communicate with managers of other departments.  Must be able to demonstrate fair and equal treatment to all employees.  Must have experience in fulfilling staffing needs and a proven track record of retention of staff.
